if there was a change in the number of tenants inside the apartment - the answer is no. remains the same amount (1 person only)
Call apartment insurance and the insurance policy will automatically renew. and I am currently in force with the existing one. in the same way, they sent an email to observe said renewal and the amount and period of the new policy

When I brought issues in my home up to that manager, they were ignored but Yvonne and her maintenance guy Ronnie are quick to respond and resolve the matter! Don't let the outside fool you as it almost did me... I went in and met Yvonne who took me to see a 2-bedroom unit and I was impressed! You can tell that they take pride in their homes because you'd think they'd look just as bad as the outside, but that's the total opposite! The HOA needs to do their job and fix the outside of this place immediately!
Despite that, I am happy to be moving to Sonoma soon!

I heard Yvonne was out for a few weeks and there were a gang of people 'watching' the office but they had no clue on what they were doing! You can tell that Yvonne has this place in order and they dismantled just about everything she's done!
I had to wait a little longer than normal for work orders to get done and when I'd call the office, no one would answer the phone and if they did, they were extremely rude!
It's not Yvonne's fault so that's why I didn't give a low score, but I do plan to report to corporate about the people who were there in her place...
Anyway, welcome back Yvonne!

I got a great deal!
I just moved in to Sonoma. I got a big 3-bedroom home for about $1300 bucks which was exactly what I needed for my budge...
I just moved in to Sonoma. I got a big 3-bedroom home for about $1300 bucks which was exactly what I needed for my budget! The location is perfect since it's on the Southside where I work and my kids go to school and the community is so peaceful! It does need a bit of work on the outside but that's the HOA's issue, not Yvonne's who is the manager there.
I'm going to tell others about this place too!
